Mall.  We were very upset to hear about your experience and the condition of the smoothie area at your time of visit.  I see that you did visit us during one of our busiest weeks of the year.  I apologize if our busy employees had neglected to maintain a clean work station during the hectic day.  I assure you that we have strict cleanliness standards and conduct daily HACCP monitoring.  I, and several of my employees, are ServSafe Certified.   We are routinely inspected by DHEC.  Our last grade was an A.
