Aunt Sarah's Pancake House

On October 2, Mr*** dined in at our facility and
had a bill totaling $for his meal He did not leave a tip on the credit
card receipt so his full amount charged to his card was $Mr*** left the
facility and then returned to state that his card had been charged $

stated that he found this out through a text message from his bankMy hostess
at the time was unclear as to why the amounts would be different due to the
fact that he signed for a $chargeI have a copy of his credit card
receipt (see attached) with his signature on it for the $My hostess
called the manager and explained to him that she charged the $but the customer
felt that we charged $My manager was unable to see the transaction
since he was offsite so he asked the hostess to void the transaction from the
systemI have a receipt (see attached) to prove that the transaction was
voided for $Mr*** created quite a scene in the restaurant which was
very unacceptableMr*** contacted me directly after speaking with the
manager and was told that I would investigate the credit card batch report to
ensure that the charge and the credit were done appropriatelyI have checked
all credit card receipts along with the batch report and find that Mr***'s
original charge was $and that was voided making his total charge to his
credit card $Mr***'s insistence that his credit card was charged
wrong has resulted in his food being given to him for free and no additional
money is due himMr*** has not proven that there are any further charges
from Jim's Enterprises t/a Aunt Sarah's Restaurant on his credit card statement
and his request for a reimbursement of $is not valid
