Suppose to have wood flooring installed by Romanoff, and its been a nightmare1st, Home Depots wood flooring is mis-milled..THEN their contractor, never shows up to install it..Was told by person who did show up to take up the wee bit that 1st crew put down with mis milled wood, theyd be back next day (the 4th of aug 2016) to install the flooringI call the head office of the contractor..asked the questions as to what was going on..THEY had nothing on their books for anything after the 3rd of Aug for meSO...the contractor through Home Depot..takes their money via the home depot contract...pockets it..and don't do the job, don't even show up..THE email I got, yesterday morning, said they'd be here, that day to install..JUst when someone did show up, I was told their van broke down..and they'd be back tomorrow for the install ,..WHICH I found out was a liedollars of wood flooring sitting ..and no one to install itI Suggest putting this business and its people out of business..OBVIOUSLY..they don't need the work or give a crap about their business reputation/ratings

Romanoff Renovations is terrible, second only to Home Depot, which hired them Quick history: Home Depot told me that Romanoff would be installing some carpet we purchased They said Romanoff would call to schedule the installation whey they received my carpet Romanoff never called After I realized the promised installation date had passed, I reached out to Home Depot and Romanoff Home Depot said I should have been called and Romanoff said, "we are not sure why you have not been called" Incidentally I ordered and paid for "fast" install On the day of the installation the installer, Omar, showed up at 10:am He began to measure the area to confirm measurements As he was measuring he told me they only move six items per room and nothing heavy I told him each room had less than six items and I paid extra for moving heavier items but would move myself if necessary After measuring, he said whoever measured was incorrect by sq ftand he would have to postpone job I called Romanoff who told me to call Home Depot I called Home Depot who transferred me around to six different departments/people before talking to Josh Postponing the install was not an option I had dismantled and removed all beds and had contractors waiting on the installation Josh said if they installed separately there was a chance the carpet colors would not match I told him we could delete one area but I really needed them to do the install He asked to speak to the installer They talked and Omar and I agreed to the area that would be omitted Omar then said he needed to talk to the other installer before starting He walked down the stairs A few minutes later I looked out of my window and watched Omar driving away I called Josh who was out and talked to Michelle, a Home Depot manger Michelle said she would investigate what happened I called Romanoff and talked to Jenny who said that Omar came back with the carpet because there was not enough of it to install and would have to call me back I am still waiting two hours later

If I could give zero stars I would! About years ago they did a total bathroom gut and remodel The sub-contractors that they use must be cheap because they are not good! The do not do any work themselves, it is all through subs About a year later the shower started leaking in the pan so badly, it collapsed the ceiling downstairs in the diningroom Instead of doing a proper job of relaying the showerpan, they tried to fix it here and there where they thought it was leaking Again, now, the new shower is leaking into the diningroom again They are useless, their customer service is horrible and you wait forever to get anything or any response out of them - save yourself the frustration and expense: GO ELSEWHERE!! We now have to spend more than the fortune we spent in the first place, to fix their mess-up

We had our master bathroom remodeled through *** *** late We were so excited to have our master remodeled at that time and *** *** utilized Romanoff as the contractor Experience from this project with Romanoff has been very negative Romanoff delivered different furniture and fixtures from what we have ordered Replaced order and took almost a year to complete Project took almost a year to complete leaving us not to use our master bathroom during that length of time Different person to deal with every time, turnover of their employees are high We bought the correct fixtures since they promised reimbursement but did not see their reimbursement I have to use unplanned PTO hours from work to stay home during days they promised to work...did not show up This went through almost a year I asked them to reimburse my PTO wages, they said to send them the breakdown, we did We have e-mails inquiring about this on fileNo reimbursement to this date Be careful with your projects through 3rd party and ensure they are NOT going to be through Romanoff Renovations Very unprofessional and do not live up to their promises and commitments

Ordered laminate flooring from Home Depot a month ago still not even on the schedule for installation though we were promised it in a two week time frame. No response to calls just a constant run around of promises and excuses. They don't seem to care one way or another about customer satisfaction. Would not use this company under any circumstances in the future. Home Depot is not doing anything either to resolve this issue. Extremely disappointed in this company.
