Audubon Village

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Audubon Village regarding complaint ID 12240579, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The Apartment complex did send me a letter in the mail about the deposit, but I still have NOT received my depositAlso, the Entergy bill has not be paidThey should be held responsible for the Entergy Bill for that month I occupied their unitThe Entergy was high only because their broken A/C that wouldn't turn off was the reason for a high billI understand that I would be held accountable for the Deposit to start the service and the connection feefee the remaining balance should be their responsibility.( Deposit is & Connection Fee = my portion to pay) & the remaining should be for them to pay.Also, I still have no knowledge about if they put this on my credit history or renting history as something negative Sincerely, [redacted]

bill has not be paid. They should be held responsible for the Entergy Bill for that month I occupied their unit. The Entergy was high only because their broken A/C that wouldn't turn off was the reason for a high bill. I understand that I would be held accountable for the Deposit to start the service and the connection fee. fee the remaining balance should be their responsibility.( Deposit is 150.00 & Connection Fee 12.50 = 162.50 my portion to pay) & the remaining should be for them to pay.Also, I still have no knowledge about if they put this on my credit history or renting history as something negative.
