In response to the complaint , The client was traveling to *** but was from a different gateway not that of *** the remaining group was booked througha different touroperator as I could not get the complaintant on with the group(since
they did not fly from ***) I had to do their trip independently...but still as a packageI purchased the package from *** ...when a package is purchased there is no division of charges for separate air, transfers and Hotel.I took her request to the Accounting dept of *** for a breakdown , this they do not have as it is a contracted price form the tour operator with the hotel , I mearly sold her the package to join her friends at destinationShe did not make any request at the time of booking for separate charges...I could have booked it all separate and she would have been paying a more dearly costBut I did not know of her intentions at the end of this booking to make claims for work.The payment in full was to the tour operator as it had an early booking bonus included with the purchase which had to be paid by the end of Sept or her pricing would have gone up.She received an invoice form me showing her full cost trip of air, hotel package which included transfers.I did not tell her she was part of the group booking I did tell her I had to book her from the group since the tour operator did not fly from *** To the destination.any tickets issued will show the date it was sent as an email attachment or released from the tour operator..the others that were in the group , some had issues with their room catagories and therefore had to be rectified before they travelled.Nothing was booked as a last minute option, the hotel they used was on a stop sell for most of April, that would have been foolish of me to wait and hope (as a wedding) that I get them in there

*** told me on separate occasions that the breakdown is availableThey also confirmed the flight to *** was not booked until*** and also advised me to contact *** in regards to my trip
*** does not have jurisdiction in ** which is why I have contacted the Revdex.com
I have screen shots on my phone*** where as the exact flight and hotel the group went on was postedIf the hotel had a block I don't believe this trip would have been shownAlso when my mother followed up with *** *** *** did not show a booking for ***
There should be documents of the booking through the tour operator dated for when we made full payment ***
