*** *** I have not yet heard from this company or receive any information in the mail I have given up and my credit card company has credited my money back to my account so they can deal with my credit card company I feel like I was lied to on numerous occasions This company hardly ever answers their phone They say my package was sent in March but it was April they told me it was just put in the mail, twice I was told this They have my correct address that was already confirmed There’s nothing this company can do now at this point to make this better for all the aggravation I’ve been through

You television spots are only guarateed to air from 7am-11pm on rotationWe do not get exact times when placing the spotsWe will get an affidavit of performance once the spots have aired confirming the times

Their rep said I'd be receiving a detailed printout of the dates and times my add would runThis letter is generic, no date,? and states "tentatively" which? isn't a guaranteeI'd just like my $refund so this nightmare can end.Thanks?

After I submitted this claim, the company responded with a refund check would be cut in June.? I feel this is not resolved until I have received the refund check.? The company has promised me several things and have never delivered?
