from audio city wheels sold me warped/bent wheels that are unsafe to drive and will not help me resolve my issue rather sell me two new wheels.
on 7/13/19 I took my wheels to be balanced and mounted, at which time the wheel place told me that my wheels are unsafe to mount due to them being warped,I bought my wheels via progressive leasing on 7/25/19.I was only given an *** for the wheels and the order# they gave me was an an ***. I paid *** for the wheels which two of them are unsafe to mount on a car. I called *** from audio city wheels on 7/15/19 to see if I can resolve the issue and he insisted that I just buy two more wheels "because it would be cheaper than to try and fix your rims" I requested a manager to speak with and *** stated I "could call *** times your still going to have to talk to me" hence,giving me no other option than to request help from Revdex.com to resolve my issue.granted I have had the wheels almost a year I have not tried to to mount the rims until last week in-fact I just bought two tires for the rims on 6/28/19 which I have the receipt for. I looked up audio city wheels reviews and found that this will not be the first time they've had sold defective wheels to customers consequently jeopardizing the safety of the people who buy there wheels.
i am requesting that i get a refund or exchange the wheels and if they decide to exchange the wheels, they pay shipping cost and i would also like if would not sell defective wheels to future costumers
I ordered a pair of rims and tires online through AudioCItyUSA after using their select by vehicle application. I chose rims that were supposedly compatible with my vehicle a BMW 2016 X6 and paid for them in full and waited to hear from the company regarding my purchase. Over the course of the next few weeks I received at least 6 phone calls from them (a gentleman names *** or something like that) was my sales rep. He would call daily, several times telling me of changes that needed to be made for my purchase. The first change he said was that I needed to purchase spacers for my vehicle as this was necessary because of how BMW made the vehicle. Then he called to tell me about the difference in tires, from what I ordered and what I would actually receive. He also wanted to let me know that because I had spacers I could not have the rims and tired installed by a large wheel/tire chain such as discount tires. I finally received my purchase after about 2 weeks and began trying to find a company to install the product. We tried every wheel and tire shop in our city and was turned away because of the spacers as well as the size of the tires. We were told that the back tires were and should remain larger than the front as thats how BMW made the vehicle. We immediately called the company and inquired about the return policy, which is not listed on their site nor discussed during purchase or the several calls I had with my supposed sales rep. I got a different guy who happily told me I could return them but their would be a 30% restock fee and I would be responsible for shipping them the way I received them, AT MY COST. I called three times to speak to my supposed sales rep, since no one else was willing to answer why we were penalized when they should have just told us the rims and tires were in fact NOT compatible with our BMW. He answered my call once, once he knew why I was calling he said he would speak with his manager and call me back. To date they have not returned any of my calls.

Don't buy from this place I bought wheels and tires for 5000 dollars and the chrome was the worst chrome job. I have these's wheels for a year and peal off I use car on weekends and leave in garage. Only use spring, summer and fall. Always leave car in garage Over the winter and It's covered don't move to late fall. I call Audio city wheels in May about my issue they said to email warranty I email 10 times and no answers. I had to buy new wheels this place is the worst every. Don't buy please
I purchased a set of rims that are defective. I have contacted the seller multiple times for warranty replacement, but now just want refunded.
I purchased a set of Borghini B15 Chrome rims for my 2012 GMC Denali on 11/30/2018. The invoice I received has Invoice #: ***. I also received a Shipping Notice that had an Order Number #: XXXXX. *** is the sales representative that I dealt with. These were purchased for $*** via my paypal account. I received the rims on 12/10/2018. On 12/11/2018 I had tires and tire pressure monitors put on the rims. They were installed on my truck at that point. They remained on my truck until 1/19/2019 as my old rims were put back on due to the snowy weather that was to come. Prior to that they had been exposed to rain and had been washed. After taking the rims off, they were stored in my heated garage. At some point in late February, I went to clean my rims and get them ready to put back on in March and noticed they were pitted out on all 4 rims. At that point I tried to contact *** with Audio City Wheels. I called 3 times before I finally got a hold of ***. On Friday March 8, 2019 I sent pictures of the defective rims. said he would let me know what he hears about getting the rims warrantied since these are only a few months old. A couple weeks passed and I still didn't hear anything on a resolution to my problem. I once again had to call multiple times to get a hold of ***. When I spoke with him again, he said that he had contacted the manufacturer and had not heard anything back. He said he would follow up and get back with me. As of today I still have never heard anything back from ***. On Friday March 29, 2019 I sent an email to Audio City USA to try and get some sort of customer service from them. I did get a response and started forwarding information on to them. After a few exchanges with them via email, I have not heard anything back as of today April 12, 2019. At this point, I just want them to refund my money in full and pay for the shipping to send the defective rims back.
I would like Audio City Wheels to refund my original $*** and pay for the shipping of the rims back to them.

I would rather do 0 stars!!! Extremely poor customer service. I have been lied to about shipping of the wheels for almost a month. Still no wheels. Cant even give a tracking number. Every time I call them it's a different story about why it's taking so long. About to file a dispute with the bank against this company. Please stay away.
I purchaed wheels from this company. The wheels are to big for the my car. They rubbed on my car, and ruined the tires. I want a refund on my tires.
I purchased a new set of wheels and tires from this company. The rear tires rubbed on the inside of my car and ruined the rear tires. It rubbed the tires down to the cables in the tires. Therefor they are no longer good. I now have to replace the rear tires.
On the companies website, it states there is a 100% fitment guarantee. The rear tires do not fit my car. Therefore they need to provide me with new tires that do fit, or provide me a refund on the two tires.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Purchased a complete set of rims/tires from Bobby for my car. I live in Fl and they shipped there. Arrived three weeks later and were incorrect lug pattern for my car. Contacted Bobby and would not ship correct rims/tires till original order physically arrived back in their shop. Three more weeks to return. It's been another week and complete runaround/lies saying correct order will ship daily. No luck getting resolved with manager (Ben?). Each time I contact does not remember who you are and refers you back to Bobby. Just hang up and call back(you will wait on hold forever). Seven (7) weeks into this and still no rims/tires and nothing resolved. Unable to get a real manager. I get the feeling the sales staff cover for each other when asking for a manager and you don't actually ever get to a real manager. I have numerous texts from Bobby saying correct rims/tires will ship but they don't. Each day I go thru the process again and again and Audio City (Bobby) gives one excuse after another. Also contacted the shipping Dept but no return response on that end as well. BEWARE.

Buyer beware of this company if you decide to buy from them they have poor communication skills bad packaging, and they say they are lowest prices when I found the wheels cheaper else where.

Made a claim within 24 hours as they stated must be done. I was shipped a product that I did not order, it was not as described, and now I cant even get the right product I need in exchange!
they have so far only given me back $100.00 dollars..
I need a full refund so I can get the product I need, or a exchange for the product I ordered, it was a mistake on their end and i get that.. but they need to take responsibility to fix it.
I purchased four 20 inch rims from Audio City USA, my sales rep was ***. From the beginning communication was not as I would expect from an established company. Mr. delayed sending me a receipt and shipping took longer than I was told as well. Upon receipt of the rims I noticed that the packaging was not appropriate for these heavy rims, there was no kind of protection, they were just put in a box and shipped across the country from California to Florida. I inspected the rims and didn't see any obvious defects. I told Mr. I had to order tires and then I would take the rims to be balanced and mounted. Once I received the tires (recommended by Mr.) I took them promptly to my body shop. Once mounted on the balancing machine my mechanic noticed 3 out of the 4 rims were bent, and from his professional opinion, the damage most likely happened during the shipping process. My mechanic was unable to mount the tires onto the damaged rims. I took videos and pictures of the damage and sent them straight to Mr., he stated that he would take a look and file a claim and asked me to call him back Monday morning because it was a Saturday and he wasn't in the office. I called him Monday like he asked, he kept me on hold for 10 minutes, once he got on the phone with me his attitude was very demonstrative, he hardly let me speak, and started accusing me of damaging the rims myself, stating that I put them on the car and drove in a pot hole. The rims have never been mounted on any car, and there is no possible way to damage 3 out of the 4 rims the way they are damaged by hitting a pot hole. His claims are ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Mr. refused to offer any kind of reconciliation for sending me defective products. It would make more sense and be less expensive for me to have the rims repaired than to ship them back across the country but I should not be responsible for these repairs as the damage occurred during the shipping process due to improper packaging.

Repair Audio City USA should pay for repairs of defective wheels which came damaged. There are no physical scratches or damage to the rim as Mr. stated when he said I drove into a pot hole. The rims where clearly damaged directly from dealer or during the shipping process.
There business *** bought a brand-new set of wheels and not even fifty miles and I had major problems with the wheels and the way they were sealed and has to pay over 300 dollars more to fix and with no help from Audio city
