Review: I hired mr [redacted] in april of 2012 to supply and install 8 camera surveillance and security system and accessories at my home. I then realize that the system was not recording any footage I contacted mr [redacted] and made him aware that the system was not recording. It took serveral calls before he made it to my home. The problem has not yet been fixed it's now 2014 and I am still waiting. The problem is the dvr.Desired Settlement: To replace the dvr
