Review: In December of 2013 I purchased a Camera from Audio Video Express, [redacted] for my son, for Christmas. As it turned out he got one from his wife too, so I called [redacted] from Audio Video Express and asked if I could return the camera for a refund. He said that would be fine, so I did. He has never refunded my money and I have called him numerous times and he always comes up with some excuse why he didnt. ie I never received it, Oh I forgot, Im doing it right now, etc, etc. I got the tracking number to prove that it had been delivered to his company and he himself signed for it. The last time I called him he put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up. He wont even answer the phone now when I call. I found out he has done this to other people too.Desired Settlement: I paid $249.00 for this camera and that's the refund he agreed to give me back when he received the camera
