while attempting to buy a BMW 325 for $1000 Myself and Jason (audio autos owner) came with an agreement that I only pay what cash I had on me at that time ($940) and I will pay the remaining balance over the next two months. The remaining would be $300, for tax, title, and licensing. He printed me a receipt and I left with the vehicle. While driving home the car began to overheat. I took the car to a licensed mechanic and they told me the Head Gasket is blown. Being that I hadnt had the car for more than 24hrs I called Audio Autos back to see it there was something they can do. Jason told me to bring the car in and he would have a mechanic check it out. He also told me that if the car was unrepairable he would get me into something else. Two weeks go by and I dont hear anything from Jason or anyone from Audio Autos. After numerous voicemails I finally got a hold of Jason and he told me he was not going to fix or release my car back to me until I pay the remaining balance. At this point he have my $940 that I initially paid, and the car. Being that I didnt want to throw away $940 dollars I went in today to pay the remaining balance to get my car. After laying the $300 I was giving a written up piece of paper with the scratched out corrections to act as a receipt. The paper didn’t reflect a zero balance, yet only what I paid today. I asked for a proper Bill of Sale and was told first that it was already emailed. Then after looking, while still at the dealership, and confirming that I never received it, was told that because they’re a LLC, they dont do Bill of Sales. At that point I only wanted something that was issued from Audio Autos that reflect a $0.00 balance. I was told that the owner (Jason) needs to be there to write up the proper paperwork and that I was be called once he arrive. I never received that call. At this point I feel like Im being taken advantage of and like Audio Autos is doing shady business.
