I had my 2017 Q5 tires rotated at Audi Richfield in Minneapolis, MN on 7-1-21. Since I've had my auto Richfield has done all the tire work on the vehicle. The technician scratched and marked one of the rims. I took pics of all 4 rims before the rotation and you can see in the centers of the rim there are no marks. Service Manager Jim Machemehl claims to have FBI metallurgy forensic CSI skills and states that this damage was there before when in fact it was not. I'm looking for replacement of this rim and have filed a complaint with the Minnesota better business bureau. Jim is a very condescending service manager and this is very frustrating getting resolved. Please respond...thank you
