Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My wife and I walked back into the dealership on 12/31/ Manager: [redacted] "car can not be returned/ exchanged after its registered" [redacted] at that time said he was the highest authority on the matter That is when Salesman: [redacted] held his private region and yelled out profanity Please note Manager: [redacted] later mentioned he was there and disgusted with ***'s actions as well.I received an email from a [redacted] (see attachment) Called and left several messages When [redacted] finally returned my call she said ***'s manager will be calling me Instead [redacted] himself called I asked to speak with his manager Once again he mentioned being the higher authority and nothing can be done.After several more attempts [redacted] Holder put me in touch with [redacted] [redacted] : "this has not fallen on deaf ears" "our dealership truly missed the mark on your whole sales experience" "please let me speak to your wife to apologize" "please lets not rehash all these horrible things." Now whoever wrote this from Audi Mission Viejo is trying to even take back Manager: [redacted] 's apology? They are trying to say my wife and I lied about the very things that happened in front of their whole staff Please see attached [redacted] review response from [redacted] ** (Audi Mission Viejo has now deleted it) When a consumer's complaint is not resolved it is their right to make their case public (saying you will write a review should not be a threat).After this was done I contacted [redacted] & [redacted] numerous times with no response (Please see attached)How can I attach more images/ items This Revdex.com window wouldn't allow more than Regards, [redacted]

We purchased a certified pre-owned Qon Feb 10, The salesman was great however that’s all I can say positive about our experience with this dealership We were talked into adding a service contract during financing only to find out that it was included due to it be a certified pre-owned vehicle We went back into the finance office to secure a new financial contract and they were suppose to void the first one Also we were advised that rear bumper tow plug and fender side clip had been ordered for the car and that we could bing it back to be installed when the parts came in So we receive a bill in the mail for the incorrect payment based on the contract that should have been voided When we dropped off our car for the parts they kept it for a week and on the day we picked up the car it didn’t have the missing bumper piece We told the service department and they went to the back and put the wrong color one on the car that was very obvious We had to get the service manager to make a phone call to an employee who was off and find the correct part After about and hour they located the correct part and installed it There quality control was terrible as that should have been done before they called us to pick up the carAlso the vehicle was dirty on the floor board areaAfter many many calls to several different Managers over the incorrect payment bill they finally voided the incorrect one and we now how the right payment Now its been more then two months and they haven’t been able to secure our registration We need the current registration in our name so that we can secure a lower rate through our credit union Due to the delay the credit unit cannot lock in the lower rate anymore as rates have now gone up We loose out over the life of the loan due to a higher payment because we couldn’t get the registration on time So many problems compounded on each other Would not recommend this dealership

My Audi Qwas purchased in late Since December the brakes of been extremely loud and squeaking My supposed luxury SUV sounds no better than a tin canMy brakes have been squeaking for well over a year and Audi Mission Viejo as well as Audi corporate America has been aware of this issue for quite some timeI’ve been given nothing but the runaround after speaking with the service manager *** *** he did tell me to come in and said that he had a temporary fix for the issueHe told me that the issue would be fixed in roughly a half hour Hour and a half later after sitting in the waiting room with my one year-old the issue was not resolvedMy brakes are horrible they sound horrible and they have since the day I purchased the carI have repeatedly complained to Audi Mission Viejo and Audi corporate America yet they have done nothingTheir excuse is that my car is meant to drive on the autobahn And is a high-performance vehicleI don’t understand why they so

We have reviewed this customers story with multiple employees and found this version is completely different than what happened. The only part that we were able to verify as true is the customer did come back the next day and spoke to ***. At that time the only complaint was there was a
discrepancy about a last payment from his previous vehicle and a scratch on the key for the vehicle. Even after the deal was finalized we agreed to make the last payment and also replace his key (we would have replaced his key regardless because of the scratch.)The salesperson that delivered the vehicle at the end of the night stated the customer was extremely happy and spent an hour delivering the vehicleAt no time did they mention it was the wrong car.Since the transaction the customer has spoke with our General Sales Manager on multiple occasions and met with him in personDuring the meeting they asked for an apology from the salesperson, which he would have happily given themThe salesperson that they say offended them wanted to apologize in person during their meeting while at the dealership. When the manager went to get *** the customer had left. The other thing the customer asked for was some type of compensation. We explained that had they wanted out of the car the day after they purchased it we would have cancelled the transaction but there is nothing that could be done months after the factThey threatened that if we didn't give them money they would write bad reviews about us on multiple websites. Which they have done. Their story has evolved over time to be further and further from the statements of our employees

Review: I bough a used 2006 Porsche 911 from this dealership. During the sale they claimed my ford leased vehicle trade in was difficult for them to pay off because of ford credit (the financing institute) charging dealers way more than it would me as the leasing client. They calculated a payoff of $23300 for my 2013 Ford Focus ST. I provided them with the official payoff I had obtained directly from Ford Credit of $20.850. They still claimed they could not honor this official document. They of course failed to contact FC directly to confirm. I had to agree to write them a cheque for $23300 if I wanted the Porsche.

They promised me FC would send me a refund cheque directly if the payment was too high. I had them contracted to contact me as soon as they knew the exact payoff. They did this and confirmed I was right all along my printed out payoff is the final payoff. $20.850. I again was ashured the $2400 refund would come to me directly.

It's a month later now and I still have not received the refund cheque. I was given the run around by Audi, ford credit where this cheque should be, that it was send to the originating ford dealer instead of me.

This whole time Audi did not return my phone calls. An email to the general manager Luke munch went unanswered.

I feel very ignored as customer and have to fight to get my money back. All just because Audi was incompetent to handle a trade in properly and then dropping the ball supporting their customer to get his refund.Desired Settlement: It should not be my issue to run after the refund cheque as Audi claimed it should be send directly to me. I therefore request a cheque from Audi in the amount of $2400 as they promised I would receive and they can find out where the current refund was lost.

Review: Less than 2 months ago we purchased a 2004 Ford Expedition. We loved this vehicle because it fits our budget and it's the perfect size for our family. From the beginning I have been having a really bad customer service. It's very difficult to communicate with the dealer. I felt like they didn't value my business and was put on the side. Well we finally got the vehicle with the perseverance and hard work that my husband and I had to work to get the sale done but even after we paid it out cash just to get it I almost had to return it because they chose to ignore my first concern until the last day that I almost had to return it. Thankfully that was taken care of but now I had a big safety concern that I gave them more than a week to get back to me and until now they just chose to ignore me that's why I'm here complaining about their customer service. A week ago, May 7th I had to replace one of the tires because of the tread separating is what the Costco Serviceman said. I was traveling a great distance with my family when the car became shaky and was unstable. We brought it to DCH Honda who I trust because my nephew is a serviceman there and when he and the advisor saw the tire they automatically noticed how bad and dangerous it was. I didn't want to risk any accidents for my family so I changed that tire right away. I have been contacting Audi to see if that's their responsibility due to the safety issue and just like the beginning they chose to ignore me again. I called and left several messages and even left one for the the General Manager and still no phone call. I want to know if this tire issue is supposed to be handled or if the dealer should be selling used cars with tires that are 8 years old. I have the tire sitting in my carport and I have the name of the technician from Costco if they needed him to explain what he saw was a big problem with the tire. Everyone that saw the tire that one day said it could have popped anytime if we kept driving with it.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the money for the services that we first had to get done because it was connected to this bad tire and the cost of the tire we purchased and replace the remainder 3 old tires with new ones.
