Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have read the reply from Sean and want to clarify on these:1) I found rock chips, paint off and scratches at the time when I’m planning to get the carAnd I feel I have to right to ask them to get it repaired because Rai (the sales rep) told me the Demo car I bought will be in a satisfactory condition when I get it The Appearance Protection which I bought on the same date should be for future use after I got the car but not to fix the defect when the vehicle is still in Audi Edmonton North.2) I didn’t ask for 3M protection Audi staff agreed to fix all defects I quoted to them and would put 3M on it before I get the vehicle I suppose this is the formality they’ll do for all new cars and I’ve never been told 3M is out from the Appearance Package I just bought They didn’t give me any service bill so I regard all these as their responsibilities for selling a new car.3) For pairing the garage door opener, since I can’t get it done after following the user manual and hence I’ve to ask Audi to assist They sent Michael to come once to my home and he couldn’t fix it (and Michael has been impolite and late for hrs for the appointed time, that’s why I’ve been unhappy with Audi’s service) After one day, they sent Kelsey and Max who finally fixed the pairing This ‘pairing garage door’ should count the first service I asked from Audi and because Michael failed to finish the job, a second visit is made (not times).** [redacted] 5) Jeff, the finance manager called me on Oct and said he and Sean want to sit down with me to solve the issue I have suggested to have a conference call instead but Jeff said he and Sean really want to talk to me face to face So that’s why I agree to meet them on next Wed (Jeff told me Sean is not in office until next Wed) So, I haven’t been constant contact with the dealership, I only response to their callI’ve many bad experiences with this dealership and am really upset of the way they treat their customers After reading Sean’s reply, I really don’t want to deal with these people as they are not trustworthy and I’ve called Jeff on this Jeff said he will ask Sean to call me instead and I’ll see how they’re going to settle the case [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] P.S Sorry I can't find the 'Reply to Revdex.com' button on the web and the only way I can touch with you is by emailMy best wishesAlice Sincerely, Alice Chui

We have been in contact with this guest alot over the past number of months, the guest had purchased the vehilce along with the apperance package. at that time she had left the vehilce here so have the rock chips repaired which were repaired. we then applied the 3M, paint, and leather...

We then delviered the car back to the guests house and parked it in her gargae as she mentioned she was unable to do so. we then visited the customers house to assist in programing her gargae door opener 3 times as she was unhappy with the useage. [redacted] Upon her request to cancel the Appreacnce package which was after her sever accident we did so along with explaining that the other prudcuts have been applied and are on the car. we offered to re apply the Paint protection after her accident as part of trying to assist with her bad experience involoving her accident and have yet to hear wheter she wants this done or not. Contratry to her saying she wants nothing to do with us she is in constant contact with our dealership to the point where she has a booked appointment with our Finacne department. I have reached out and asked her to reschedule to when I can be in the building which is for next Wednesday. Sean H[redacted] General Manager
