when I could pick up the auctions in the warehouse
It was better, there were problems but not so much.
but now that they started working with this system it's terrible.
they send you what they want, they offer you a free delivery "but no, they charge you"
And the worst thing is that they don't send you everything and after complaining so much for them to answer me, they will send me the rest but they charged me again for delivery.
It happened to me twice
I hope I can help so they don't take their money like that
because they take it directly from your credit card.
I wish I could have had the option to show up on their doorstep and have my items handed to me personally instead of waiting for an email response that never comes or listening to the automated phone messages that promise noting and lead nowhere.
Unfortunatly I have to give one star otherwise I would put a big -5
That auction house are not honest, obviously there is no other person to return phon call or emails but they deal with buyers around the globe as they annonce proudly at their web site, for my first time experience with Auction Network it is the worst ever ! DONT BUY FROM THEM , it seems only one person worked there and is in VACATION ! a real Joke but they charge and send the invoice to people as early as 7:33 am next day !
I will keep informing you folks when they re gonna show up and what date and to which address they'll send my items IF They send them one day ...
I have dealt with these people since they started I have found in buying that twice I bought coins and found they were ***, I sent them back and after a couple of weeks found they were up for auction again. Also a lot of coins show have reserves on them which they do not show nor inform you. They start off at $10.00 so you may bid up to $100.00 or more and the bid is accepted then after waiting for hours for them to come to the item in the auction they start the bid at $200.00 or what ever the reserve is they have on it. Another trick they have is when auctioned it will sit there waiting for a bid for quite some time, then if you bid all of a sudden another bid comes up higher than yours which after seeing this happen a few times I think is phoney think someone or something is set up to bid against you, so I dont bid anymore and it says sold but the following week more or less the same item comes up for bid again, so the sold is phoney. Also I have bought and won items that have already been sold to someone else so never received them. I bid on a coin which which said minimum bid must be $270.00 I never noticed it and after I did notice it and wanted to cancel my bid because I only bid $260.00, they said no you cant cancel and cut me off the auction and all future auctions. When they list gold coins and medals they blow the picture up to make it look large and never tell you the weight Also they take bad pictures of a lot of coins and they have big figures written on them. I bought one coin they said was worth $700.00 and after I won it sent it out to get it graded and it was only worth 25.00 after paying well over $200.00 for it. *** there are many more things you have to watch for. Also I bought some gems with appraisals from them and when I showed the appraisal to another appraiser he said the appraisals were very bad
Wardell W. was (prior to this review) banned from all of our auction sales due to his most recent *** interactions with our staff. Before that, he was a customer and consignor to us since 2016. The comments made above are simply untrue and would appear to be in response to being banned. We would be happy to provide supplementary information and context to anyone that requires it; including the Revdex.com. Please email us at ***@auctionnetwork.ca. Thank you.
I have pictures of every purchase I have ever made. I bid $260.00 on a coin that said said minimum bid must be $700.00. I asked for the bid to be cancelled since it did not meet their requirements which I had not noticed. They came back and said NO they would not cancel the bid
I threatened to inform the police about the counterfeit coin and they banned me from the auction after being with them since 1916. After submitting this to Revdex.com I received a *** letter from them. I am an 87 year old senior born in Canada is this how we are treated?

Mr. Wardell W.'s story continues to change.
In final response to the original "review":
(PLEASE REFER TO THE FACTS AS PER THE EMAILS BELOW)
Mr. Wardell W. outbid someone on a lot for $260 (there could not have been a minimum bid of "$270" or "$700" or any amount because if there was, he would not have won the lot for $260. He was told his bid could not be removed after the auction had started in our auction chat and by email; this is standard practice of most if not all auction companies. He had asked for his bid to be removed at 3:36pm EST., the sale started at 1:00pm EST.
He then threatened to contact the police (for not removing his bid) for which we welcomed.
***. On more than one occasion, he has used his age as an excuse to have bids removed from our auction sales, well after the fact. Where we have made an error in any listing or there is any genuine mistake made in bidding (where we are notified at the time of bidding or prior to the sale), we will always accommodate a bid removal.
***. The comments made in his original "review" are simply untrue and would appear to be in response to being banned. Once again, we would be happy to provide additional supplementary information and context to anyone that requires. ***
