A Typical Title llc Escrow Closer refused to provide assistance and blamed the buyer on her(escrow closer) missed handling of escrow.
Received poor service by a typical escrow closer. Amy J. P the Escrow Closer did not follow the contract instruction of putting $3600 in escrow for the windows replacement. She has released the complete $3600 to the contractor who failed to install the windows after 3 months of coordination.
Amy was contacted about this situation with the contractor in Dec 2019. She offered no assistance but to tell me to talk with the realtor. When I contacted her again I have seek assistance from her to stop the check. She again provided no assistance and insisted on she is third party. She blamed me for not having protection in place such as an escrow agreement signed by both seller and buyer. As an escrow closer she failed in noticing that the contract did have an escrow agreement in the addendum which she did not execute.
In addition, her arrogant remarks and quick to pass the buck were unbearable to deal with when I have this problems to deal with the windows company. I find her behaviors and remarks unacceptable. She also told a lie about me directing her to disburse the funds disregard of the contract which I did not.
This is poor service and everyone should know about.
