I paid this contractor to install a new tile floor. The job was started and not completed. The owner advised that he would refund part of the payment. I have received a few remit dates and still have not received any money on a job that was started at the end of March. It is now mid-June. The owner has alternately ignored my calls, been belligerent and hung up on me. I paid another contractor to install the tile. I incurred additional cost because the tile that was placed had to be removed. Now I have paid twice for the same job.
