ATN Check Cashing

I went to atn check cashing to get my EBT cash ..the gentleman taking care of me directed me to another window ask to enter my pin. Which I did he then told me to swipe my card I said why I never swipe my card.. I moved over cause I had put the card away while I looked in my bag he shrugged and called another customer. I went to another window to get my money where as they denied the transaction but when I called the service number on the back of the EBT card it said I got cash back of the amount that I was waiting to get. 243.00 which never came to my hands. No one helped me even after I let them hear the recording so in fact they kept the money
