Our company went out to Ms [redacted] residence to help move her out of her homeThere was a tree that had fallen on her residence and the property itself was unsound and not by any means safe to work inHowever, our experienced movers chose to stay and help her regardless of the safety risks they were takingThey could see that she was disabled and needed our help, so we tried our best to accommodate her and conduct her moveAfter her move was completed, she was still unhappyWe began receiving e-mails from her (most of them written in the middle of the night, so she would get upset when we would not immediately respond which was impossible as our office hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday)After reading and responding to her and her daughter's complaints, we sent her a settlement check for $out of the $that her job originally cost, in order to set things right and satisfy herWe did not refund the whole amount because although she says her move was unsatisfactory, we still completed it despite the hazardous working conditionsShe received said check, and in turn told our company that she would retract her complaints and that all was well and taken care ofYet she still lodged a complaint with the Revdex.comWe have tried our best to satisfy her just like we strive to satisfy every customer we haveWe have been a reputable moving company for years and we take our business and customers seriouslyThis includes complaints and our efforts to alleviate any concerns or stress that customers may haveThank you for your time and we hope this response will re-instate our membership with the Revdex.com [redacted] l###-###-####
