Paid $399 for ACT review class in November 2019. Atlas Test Prep recently cancelled the class. On March 2, 2020 they told me they were refunding me for the class. As of today March, 10,2020 I have not received a refund on my credit card and it has been 6 business days. I requested confirmation of the funds coming out of their bank to refund me and they won't comply.
We have refunded her class in full, and have asked her to verify. I can't live it has come to this, but will gladly tell the truth as she tris to diminish the reputation of our business. Best wishes for you and your student.
