Atlas Signs and Plaques

I phoned business to inquire about additional information on a specific sign that they make. Upon asking for information the owner replied it is all on the website and started reading the description to me without allowing me to request the additional information I wanted to know. the picture shown only shows the front view and the description states "We create our products using an 8-step-process that applies real metal to a durable high density urethane sign foam (HDU) base. Our modern method gives the ageless beauty of real cast metal without the weight, cost, or limitations of foundry castings. Atlas Signs and Plaques will not rust, rot, fade, or promote insects and are suitable for exterior applications." no where does it indicate that side of the product and finish which was my original question. Then she told me that she did not need this aggravation and hung up when I wanted to talk.
