Atlas Mudjacking

Review: The mud jacking completed by Atlas continues to sink and cracking under the door continues to widen. The owner excuses the situation by claiming the concrete is shrinking. In addition, the patches installed on the porch and stoop continues to crumble. The excuse last year, after requesting repair under the warranty was, “We won’t be able to do anything since we don’t have any concrete coloring.” The warranty period is ending and I'm tired of the excuses and chasing them to come out and repair the problem.Desired Settlement: Refund the money so I can hire a qualified company to complete the repairs.
