Alecia Has called you and left a voicemail to inform you that we will take care of the damageShe will pay the shop to repair scratchWhen the car is in and being worked on the company can call her and she will give a CC over the phone to get it paid for the amount that was on the invoiceBy policy of the business no employee should be wearing a built due to issues like thisWe have addressed the employee and will keep a better eye on belts and jewelry to insure this dose not happen again

I'm sorry but this now seems like an attempt to just get money out of the company as the FIRST claim was he wanted BOTH replaced that we broke both, now the claim is just ONE side he wants paid for, pictures provided showed that we didn't break anything and that they were pre existing damages, I am attaching AGAIN pictures of the Side AGAIN that there were cracks that were there PRIOR to going into the car wash (circled for easier viewing the cracks) along with pictures of our LIABILITY waiver with circles on the ones that pertain to this vehicleUnfortthis damage is NOT caused by us and was pre-existingThis seems to be an obvious attempt to get money out of the companyWe stand by our customer satisfaction and IF we by chance cause ANY damage to a vehicle we IMMEDIATLY take care of it with the customer on siteOur cameras are put in place to protect us against fraudulent claims such as this
Spoke with husband over the phoneWe are willing to do what ever it takes to make this rightThe owner will call Mr*** back today to confirm that they have choose to get there money backIf customers like to get a refund through credit card transaction they must bring in the receipt and
credit card into the store to be processed through our point of sale systemIf customer would like a check I will have to mail it out with proof of receipt and gift card back in the hands of the businessI will give *** a call late this morning to figure out what he wants to do
This customer came to me after the wash was complete and he had approved all the work done to his truck and told me about his side moulding on his truck, I went to see it and we discussed going over the cameras to see the condition BEFORE he was let into the tunnel after passing by our
inspection sticks (attached pictures of damage prior to entering our wash), he viewed the cameras with me and said he'd only owned the truck for weeks and hadn't noticed the cracks before but agreed he could clearly see them prior to enteringHe then asked to take his own pictures of our camera pictures of the condition because his dad was going to "KILL HIM" because he had only just got the truckI apologized said yes parents can be tricky and if he wanted to come view the cameras himself to see he was welcome to and I would gladly pull it up to show himI did point him to our liability signs (also attached for reference) and pointed to the parts where unfortunatly we don't cover prior damage, moulding or trim, older than years old and encouraged him to take a picture for his dadHe then stated upon leaving that "hopefully my dad doesn't KILL me for this , but I will show him. I then receive an email and a call from what I'm assuming his father threatening a lawyer and to call the Revdex.com if we don't pay for it! I politely stated that "your son took all the pictures of our liabilty waivers that are HUGE and visible for all to see along with the before picturesI also told the father that the son had already emailed me stating he knew there was a crack in the moulding (attached the email from the son stating he knew there was a crack), but decided to go through at the chance that something more could happen. This customer came in and purchased a wash and was offered mud removal for the extra fee but declined to take it, in the initial email lfrom him he said that he JUST wasn't happy that his truck had MUD still on itNothing about the quality of work performed
