I really need help on a situation that I believe should not have come to this. I purchased a vehicle from Atlas Autos on 07/23/2019 without a warranty, and I will say I regret doing so. The car the following month shut off without warning. I called my machinic who took forever to even look at the car finally reached out to me and said that I need a new motor. I only drove it for maybe 2,000 miles. I reached out to the dealership to weight my options, or maybe see if they would make this right. to my disbelief I was greeted with attitude about my situation and was told no. He told me I should of bought a warranty which I asked in the beginning of contract talks. I told him I asked him that, and he hung up in my face. I bought the car to get back and fourth to work. I'm Paying on car that I drove less than 2,000 miles and already needs a new motor. I just hope there is something I can do to get the car fixed or get all of my money back. I read the dealership reviews after the fact and realized I made a crushing mistake. I don't have the money to fix a car that I thought would be reliable.

We are sorry you have been subjected to such a frustrating series of events.
Mr., purchased a 2011 FORD MUSTANG with (95,200 miles) through our dealership(atlas autos) on July, 23rd of 2019. At the time of sale Mr. had a chance to inspect and test drive the vehicle.
Since most of our vehicle(s) mileage ranges from 75,000 to 165,000 manufacture warranty does not apply. Therefore, we offer optional third party warranties on every vehicle we sell.
Mr. decided to purchase the vehicle without any warranty- AS-IS which is why the dealership is not liable for any damages or repairs after the sale, especially when the vehicle has been sold for over 3 months.
A signed BUYERS GUIDE can be provided upon request.

No I don't agree to it! I asked you if there was a warranty and you said no. When that piece of junk broke down you then told me I should of got a warranty and hung up the phone! You also offer to fix the car, but to no big surprise you rejected on your word. I will never get myself into this situation again ever. Im stuck with a car I drove 1500 miles this Dealership had multiple bad reviews on it's website, and I wish I would of read them first cause I would not be in this situation! But in time you'll see your bad business does not pay off and I won't stop until this is right! I just want my money back or you can fix the car why are you being untruthful!
