[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I was refunded my $despite the fact that I was told I was not going to receive a refund and was bluntly hung up on and cursed at by the business ownerThis is unacceptable business practices and if anything, I hope I can bring attention to others who consider business with this companyI never once threatened "legal action" and it concerns me to know this business owner makes falsifying statements regarding business mattersI have received my money and you can close the complaint

hello may name is *** *** from Atlantic Self storage at Rehoboth ave ext suite g, Rehoboth de *** I am responding to complaint ID *** this matter has been settled , a credit was issued right away and an email sent to the customer stating a
refund for a storage unit was issued the customer did call and say they could not get into unit as code did not work and as I checked the computer to see what code was entered I informed the customer that she had entered the code incorrectly at which point she insisted I was lying and she had done it correctly, I did state that my computer does not show info and indeed the code was entered incorrectly, the customer then threatened me with legal and other consequences at which point I told customer I do not respond to threats, however I did in fact refund the money and she never moved into the unit I have been in business for years and have four locations with over customers with never a complaint, I do all business personally so every customer has dealt with me personally and have never had any complaints I do expect this incident not to affect my status as what she stated is incorrect and I have the computer backup and refund back up to prove it thank you *** *** atlantic self storage ***
