Atlantic Gutter

I had gutters installed in November of 2018, since then they have had to come out twice and I just called them a third time to fix the leak. They claim the leaking is due to may brand new roof, which is not the case because my old gutter did mot leak. It is due to spotty work. On top of the quality of the work being not good, they are rude, they do not let you speak just talk right over you.

I agree with the previous reviewer (***). This company does not stand behind its warranty. I recently spent over $1,000 on new gutter guards with this company. I was told that the product is warrantied against clogging and that Atlantic Gutters would clean at no charge if that happened. Since then, my gutters are clogged with leaves and this company has blown off service appointments and won'??t return my calls (5 and counting). Questionable product and poor customer service. Buyer beware.

Atlantic Gutters will not return my phone calls. I've called the and numbers 3 times in the last two weeks. I have a ten-year warranty on parts and labor that they are not honoring. Terrible company! (My property is in Hartford, CT.)

When I initially contacted this company for a quote a guy name *** came. He was courteous and gave a reasonable quote. They came to install the seamless gutters the first week of August, 2017. Last week, the third week of October, we had a lot of rain and I was woken up in the middle of the night but the excessive amount of water pouring straight from the gutters down. There was also water leaking into the house from the gutter that wraps around the extension of the house (this was a separate quote for repair). I called *** the next day. He said he would come at the end of the day to take a look and fix the problem. I did not come, did not call. I called him and he rescheduled for Friday. On Friday he did not come and did not call. I called him but he did not return my call. A woman named *** called me on his behalf to reschedule for the following Tuesday. At this point I was getting frustrated because it took him 24hrs to show up and give me a quote but the moment there is an issue, they seem to be too busy to follow up on their work. Today is Tuesday and the appointment was set for 7:30 this morning. Again they did not come and did not call. I initially called *** because she was the one that set up the appointment. She started to ask for my information. She did not seem to have a record of the appointment she called 3 days ago me to set up. There was a lot of noise from kids crying in the background so she said she would call me back. It's 1pm and I have not heard back from here. I have called *** 3 times and no answer. The company is very eager to take any job and fill up their schedule but they will not stand behind their services. I could be wrong but I don't believe their "great" online reviews are genuine. I have approximately a gallon of water sitting in my closet from the gutter that they supposedly repaired, not to mention the bigger issue which is: why do the gutters or downspouts are clogged when they were just cleaned and installed two months ago. I do not recommend this company. If anything the lack of professionalism is stunning to say the least. Use good judgment and save yourself the hassle of the legal route because it seems it will be the only resolution with the company.
