Nearly four years have passed since the custom renovation of our home. Our punch list of items needing immediate attention has been ignored for nearly as long. Owner Kostas N...has, now and again, promised that work left unfinished would be completed, design defects and construction failures corrected and building code violations addressed. The most serious of these risks burning our house to the ground. Chimney specialists have warned that lighting a fire in our fireplace would result in an uncontained fire. Kostas has shown blatant disregard for the situation, refusing to approve repairs and leaving a hole in our roof resulting in water damage. This is hardly the “old world craftsmanship and attention to detail” promised on his website.
