Thank you for notifying me of this issue I apologize for the flawed communication and delay at our end and have made sure that the customers credit was processed today .? I will also have a copy of the credit emailed directly to Mr [redacted] I again want to apologize to Mr [redacted] having to contact the Revdex.com to get resolution We don't normally conduct our business in this way as evidenced by our A+ Revdex.com rating which we take great pride in? After receiving the Revdex.com complaint I asked our tech support team to contact Mr*** regarding the issues he was having with his diagnostic toolDoug Bfrom our tech support reached Mr*** this morning and it appears as though the problems have been resolved with the assistance of the
Manufacturer of the tool . Doug also left his contact details with Mr*** in case any future issues arise We apologize for any frustration or delays encountered by our customer in trying to get this tool up and runningPlease let me know if there is anything else we can do to resolve this complaintBest regards , Scott WG.M- Atlantic British
