Told one thing from the estimator that was false about finishing our plumbing work from an outside contractor. Different story form 3 employees there.
On 9/19/2019 Mike C from Atlantic Blue came to our house to give us an estimate on replacing 3 toilets, 3 sik fixtures, and the master bath shower. I was told they don't finish the shower, but work with a contractor they would help schedule to finish the job. I waited for almost a week and did not receive the estimate and had to call and get it. We decided to go with Atlantic for the convenience of everything taken care of at once. I contacted them after a week or so to do the job. We scheduled and a technician, Fred and an assistant to start the work on 10/9/2019. They finished in one day, which we were happy about until I questioned Fred about the contractor, and at first acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, then started telling me he heard someone was doing work for them, whom he thought was a brother-in-law of an employee with Atlantic Blue. He called Mike and told me someone would be in contact the next morning 10/10/2019. I had to call in the afternoon to see what was going on and Hunter, an operator said he would look into it. He called back and left me a message saying I had to call the contractor and just mention their name. I called in talked with a female operator and she tried to help. On Friday 10/11/2019 I had to call at 5:00 pm and was told they still haven't heard from this contractor. I asked to have a supervisor call me the following week. He did call on Monday, 10/14 and told me sorry but the contractor is only licensed in PA and can't do the work for us in MD. I was not happy and explained the main reason for choosing them was based on Mike's claims. All he offered me was $50 for my troubles. We purchased $4850 worth of goods and services and that was his solution, $50, not can we help you find someone. After that conversation, I did a search on the information Hunter gave me in the message and the number is for a gentleman who works with a real estate company. I believe employees were giving contracting work to someone who was not authorized to do so. Attached is photos of text, phone message, and receipt.
Find a contractor to finish the job or refund mor than $50
All work was performed and completed according to our signed contract. we explained we do not do drywall or tile work. Please see attached copy after completion he wanted to know if we could refer someone. We tried to assist in locating a drywall contractor but was unable to find someone suitable which was not our responsibility to begin with (per our signed contract) Our contract (signed by him) clearly states we do not do this type of work.

I do not accept Atlantic Blue's response. Yes I agree they fulfilled what was in the written contract, but failed terribly to the verbal contracts their employees were making to me. Not one, not two, but several employees leading me to believe a contractor was going to come and complete what they started. I have already sent in more information and photos to *** with the Revdex.com of how Atlantic Blue employees led me on, and how left our master bath, not to mention the dirt and dust left from the master bath, all the way to their truck, that we had to spend half a day cleaning.
