Ordered last Wednesday (3/11). Didn't receive shipping info so called in on Friday (3/13). Owner told me they were shipping everything out Monday (3/16). Monday came and went, no shipping/tracking info. Called Tuesday, told me the same thing again. One week passes (3/18) and owner tells me again over the phone they will ship it out. Still no tracking info.
This is the most unprofessional shipping from anyone I've ever ordered through online! Since it was a paypal payment, I cannot click a "refund" or "cancel" button. I am forced to sit and wait as they hold my money and never ship the item.
Although the business has not responded, the consumer stated the complaint has been resolved.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Beware. Stole my money never delivered product no contact info on website. Scam
The company never sent my product and when I tried numerous times to contact them they never responded.
Tried to contact them through email and through Facebook and there was no response. The company does not have contact information anywhere on their site. There is no phone number to call or address to find where the company is. I only live less than an hour away from the city listed for the company so there is no reason that I have not received my product in more than a week and a half. I never received a conformation for shipping.
This item was purchased through the website using Pay Pal. The money has already been paid from Pay Pal so it looks like I have been swindled out of my money.

We're not sure what the issue is -- the consumer has the product. If there is an issue, you can dispute with PayPal.
