Re: MY REFUND FROM APCU.
*** Insurance Dept. and APCU has withdrawn $*** of my Aggregate Shares. There is no valid reason for this withdrawal. There was no permission given for APCU to do so. Here is a Time-Line of my MEMBER STATEMENT ACCOUNT showing the wrong-doing.
I took out a loan of $*** in Feb. 2016 from *** and purchased a 2011 Toyota Corolla - 4 Cyl automobile.

ACCIDENT DATE AND TIME: 09/27/17 at 4.15 am. As a result of a hit and run the vehicle was a 'Total Loss'. GAP Insurance now assumes all future payments on this 'Total Loss'. ***, the Farmers Insurance Adjuster overnights the Total Loss Package to both parties, APCU and myself. My package was received Friday 30th September 2017. Basic Vehicle Value was shown to be $*** to be payed to APCU.

FARMERS INSURANCE Payment Check dated 9/26/17 ***- Farmers payment on wreckage is shown in my package to be ***. This payment is short of ***.

NEXT PAYMENT DUE: 11/15/17 *** There should be no next payment. GAP Insurance covers all other payments.
MY QUESTION TO APCU: Why am I still being charged for a Total Loss wreckage when the GAP Insurance covers of any further payments.
APCU TO ME: The GAP Insurance claim has not been filed because the Market Valuation Report has not been received from Farmers Insurance. That was a lie because that report is attached to and a part of the money amount being paid by Farmers which is $***., on the wreckage.
So, I sent a copy from my package through APCU Local Branch at ***

MY QUESTION TO ***: Why am I still being charged?
***'S RESPONSE TO ME: I never received a "Cause Of Loss" letter from Farmers Insurance. I need that letter before I could file your GAP Insurance claim. However, you are still obligated to continue payments on your loan for the 2011 Toyota Corolla.
***, the Farmers Insurance Adjuster said that he would send *** and APCU a 3rd 'Cause Of Loss' Letter. This letter was already sent twice to APCU.

New Balance on 2011 Toyota Corolla - 4 Cyl $*** The embezzled $*** from my Shares was allocated to the 'Total Loss' Wreckage which is insured by GAP Insurance.
MY QUESTION TO ***: Why am I still being charged for a GAP Insured wreckage?
*** TO ME: I still have not received the 'Cause Of Loss' letter from Farmers Insurance.
*** (Farmers Adjuster) TO ME: I already sent it 4 times to APCU over the span of 5 months.
ME TO ***: Send it to me and I will personally place it in the hand of ***.
On personally delivering the 'Cause Of Loss' letter to *** on 01/31/2018 at approx. 9.20 am she inadvertently blurts out. *** TO ME: Oh! I have seen this before. I believe I already have it on file. If not, I will file your GAP Insurance claim.
On 2/12/2018 I received a separate statement from APCU which stated:
Remainder of GAP Refund #***
Check Received $*** On 11/31/17 after Farmers paid an additional $*** to add to the previous $*** that was paid in the period ending 01/31/17, this totaled $***. $*** was the calculated amount on the 'Total Loss' wrecked vehicle. The Remaining Balance on the loan for the 2011 Toyota Corolla - 4 Cyl was then $***. So here we see APCU reporting to have received a check of $*** from the GAP Insurance. Yet The amount of $*** has just been deducted from my account.
I need my $*** returned to my shares.
