Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty: Ashley Battleson

Atlanta Fine Homes has some shady business practices. One of its staff members, someone named Adriana ***, consistently made mistakes in regards to our paperwork to rent a home that the company managed. Every time we e-mailed something to her company, she claimed she never received the e-mail or the attachment. Twice, I had to re-send the e-mail and/or the attachment based on her incompetence.

In the end, we indeed received a contract from one of AFH's agents, Adrian ***, which we eventually turned down, as we received a better and more fair offer. Instead of Adriana and/or Adrian (or the homeowner, ***) saying thanks for your interest, Adriana sent us a letter stating the AFH had denied us the chance to rent one of their properties. Well, that couldn't be further from the truth - I have the contract in cyberspace! Yes, I have the e-mail; so there was no denial; we were offered Mr. property to rent for one year, and we decided to go in another direction.

Therefore, we find this company to have shady and borderline-illegal business practices. It's possible it could be based on RACISM. I will never attempt to rent from this company or do any other business with them ever again.
