were called out to their location because they were down and out of service. Our main concern was that their business was suffering because they had no telephone service. We sent two technicians to diagnose the problem. The diagnosis was that their processor was bad. One of the techs came back to the shop to get a replacement processor. The processor was replaced and programmed and our customer was back in business, before leaving was had then sign our work order. A.M. Telephone sent a invoice to **. [redacted] the next day. **. [redacted]'s office called back and said they were unhappy. We offered to go back and remove the processor and they could make other arrangements. [redacted] from **. [redacted]'s office stated that her husband worked for a other telephone vendor and she would call back. Finally we agreed to discount our total bill of 10%. **. [redacted] seemed to be ok with that and we got paid. Also as a side note our labor charge at that time was $95.00 an hour. A.M. Telephone has been in business since 1991.
