Atkinson Auto

On July 15,2019 I gave a $4000.00 deposit for a engine replacement that was needed for my vehicle. After waiting 1 month Atkinson Auto called me to let me know that I could drop off the car so they could start the repair on the engine. After I had been call Atkinson checking on the status of my vehicle, they called me on October 17,2019 to let me know the car was ready. I picked up the car on the same day and paid the remaining balance of $3000.00 which brought the total to $7000.00. While I was driving the car home, the check engine light came on and I noticed that it was leaking oil. The next day I called them to let them know about the engine light and oil leak and was advised to bring it back October24,2019 for repair. As of right now Feb 9, 2020 I still do not have a running car. I have tried to ask for my money back so I can take my car someplace else. They do not answer me and continue to give me the run around.
