Revdex.com spoke to Bob at business and the following was relayed: The customer had the front brake pads, front wheel bearing, new tires, and new lug nutsBusiness does not balance tires there, had them done at another shop along with new lug nutsNew lug nuts were not put on, the next day customer
returned about lug nutsI went and picked up and put up and installed new lug nutsNever heard another complaint from consumer
