I have contacted ms*** and let her know that I have her new liner in stock and that she is on the schedule for her liner and the bottom of her pool will be repaired and that it will be fixed as soon as possible I was aware that her liner that was installed and had some wrinkles
and she was told that it would be fixed as soon as possible and that I would take care of the repair. And her pool was useable and that her warranty would not be voided due to a wrinkle and that it was useable as she stated in her complaint they have been using the swimming pool and I as the doughboy dealer take care of and handle any warranty's we will try to get to this repair by the end of the month august

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I was never told that it would be done by the end of August and I still feel that the customer service that I did received was ONLY because I contacted youAs I said *** the owner would not even take my phone calls when my pool was installed it wasn't on the time frame they said it would beThen when I called about the problem with the liner I was told it would be taken care of in the springWhen I called to say I was opening my pool (in May) I was told that I was on the "list" seems at some point in time this summer that list would have gotten shorter,in my mind I should have been on top of the "list" since I was from last yearI just don't think they respect me,I had to get a smaller pool because of financesI feel my money (even though its not much) deserves better than I've received. I still think I should get some kind of compensation for the headaches of trying to get Bellmead Pools to do what they said they would last year

Bellmead Pools & Supply L.L.C *** ** *** **
*** ** *** Business Id# *** To Whom It May Concern: Before July 12, the consumer entered the store on multiplate occasions to talk about above ground poolsThey made
it clear that they would like it to be below grade in their back yardThe decision was made that it could be done, but the consumer would have to build a retainer wall, so excess water would not run down hill and hit the side of the poolThe consumer told Bellmead Pools & Supply L.L.C that he had access to railroad ties to build a retainer wall after the pool was installed This decision was made based off of pictures the consumer had at the time. On July 12, the consumer came in and purchased their pool, at the time Bellmead Pools & Supply L.L.C was not installing poolsWe knew of another company that installed pools, and we gave the customer that company’s numberThe consumers choose the installer that has been in installing pools for more then 5yrsAfter talking to the installer he came out to the consumer house to do a customer survey of the backyardThe installer at that time also informed the consumer about the retainer wall and the effects it would have if not installedIn September the installer installed the consumer poolThe installer told the consumer that he would build a dirt bream that would help the consumer divert water away from the pool, until the retaining wall would be built; also the installer on the right side of the backyard dug a ditch to help water flow go away from the pool areaThe installer also tried to talk the consumer out of building the pool the way they wanted it, but the consumer wife was very admit about the pool being a below grade. The consumer has sent pictures of the pool and the backyard where the pool is located. In the pictures we have received it doesn’t show a railroad retainer wall, that we were told that would be in place after the pool was installedThe retainer wall that the consumer is calling it, still shows were water is still allowed to go under and run into the pool wall No one can predict that we would have a whole month with rainWe have been doing insurance clams all summer for consumers that the rain has affected and have not had one yet that has diverted the water away from the pool as we instructed. Bellmead Pools & Supply L.LC will make it right, and has always been about the customer, but we feel that if the proper retaining wall was in place then this issue would never have acquiredWe will be willing to fix the pool and replace all damage material that the pool has occurred, also install the pool at Doughboy spec that has already been done, but the consumer will have to pay for this at our cost We have no problem with making it right by the consumer, but the work will not be done until a proper retaining wall has been installed by the consumer so this issue will not happen again Thank You*** ***Owner

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: First of all, Bellmead Pools states we entered on several occasions and that many conversation went on about our situation. My wife and I came to the Bellmead store once and that is the day we purchased the pool. We showed them pics of our back yard and the said it would be ok because they use a "Sledge" . So we paid for the total amount of the pool and accessories that same day. They must be getting us confused with someone else. You notice that they only give one date of conversations and thats the day we came in an and bought the pool.In their response and that is the day they sold us the pool. They have not as of todays date talked to us again since we tried calling and leaving numerous messages for them to call us back. The owners NEVER not once called us back! When we bought the pool, the owner gave us a phone number to the installer. We met with the installer. We showed him what t we wanted and where we wanted the pool. No problem with installer. He said he can grade the water up above the pool to divert towards ditch and the pasture. He also said they use a "Sledge" that will prevent cave-ins. I showed the installer where I was going to build retaining wall out of bridge ties and showed him where I was going to cut the trenches. The installer saw no issues . The retaining wall and trenches were built one week later after pool was installed. I also installed a french drain around the upper half of the pool. I told installer where it was going. I also explained it to owners when we bought it. They all agreed everything would be fine. Owner never followed up by coming out to look at the pool nor a phone call! The retaining wall that owner is referring to is not the retains wall, it is decor. If they would come out they could see where the wall trenches and french drain is located.Belted Pool s should make it right and pay to fix it like they implied the integrity of the pool and their service. We took them on their word about the "Sludge they use to prevent cave in. The so called slug" consisted of throwing dry cement from bags around half the pool and spraying it down with a water hose. The so called "sludge " was what caused the damage to the side if the pool. The sharp heavy pieces of cement "sludge" caved into the pool causing all damage. BELTED POOLS needs to make this right at THEIR cost! Thank you. I still haven't heard from owners.
