ATC Telephone & Data Systems

ATC, and [redacted], do not respond timely to requests. Service calls go unanswered and are not addressed in an appropriate time frame.New phone system was installed at[redacted] (primary care clinic) July 2014. Leading up to installation, ATC/[redacted] failed to communicate back to the practice timely and would not return phone calls. As of Monday 10/13, management has reached out to ATC/[redacted] (three numbers: [redacted]'s cell phone, main line, and alternate main line), which all direct to [redacted]'s cell phone, and he has not responded. Our phone system is not operational, cannot take messages, and is affecting patient care. Patients are unable to complete medication refill requests, schedule appointment, or reach after-hours care as long as this phone system is not working. We need repairs scheduled immediately and as soon as possible to resolve this issue.Desired SettlementRepair of phone system and improved service call response time.
