ATC Tax

So I went into their Marietta office and filled my 2017 taxes. I wanted a second opinion and noticed my refund amount was different so I contacted them and they informed me that a mistake was made and I would have to amend my taxes. I had to go to the Marietta office to submit the amendment. When I submitted the amendment it took about three months for the state to get back to me but when they did they told me the amendment was done wrong and I was hit with another fine . I've been calling , writing via Facebook ATC Income tax so they could fix this problem. Because now I have a 3,000 offset because they hired someone who clearly doesn't know what they are doing . It's a whole new tax year and these people are still giving me the run around ..PLEASE DO NOT FILE WITH THEM CERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. I even spoke with someone from their cooperate office who said he would sent in my amendment corrected and NEVER DID .. The things these people say they represent are FALSE!
