At Your Pool Service

We had received a work order from their home warranty company to diagnose the pool pump. We found that the motor to the pump has failed and a new motor is needed. We gave the specs to the local parts warehouse and they were having trouble locating the needed motor. We also advised their home warranty company that we are unable to locate the motor and their home warranty company advised us that their internal parts department would takeover finding the needed motor. The local supplier found a motor that they thought was correct. We promptly took the motor to the customer's pool and attempted to install only to find out this motor would not work. We then advised their warranty company to resume the parts search. As of now their warranty company has not provided us any parts or instructions on how to proceed. We don't have the final say in what gets installed as the customer has a warranty contract and is not buying anything directly from us. The warranty company has to supply and authorize us to complete repairs. We agree that this process has taken entirely too long. We have set 2 appointments with the homeowner and arrived at the house as scheduled. We are happy and ready to install the needed parts once their warranty company provides us with them
