Review: I scheduled an appointment with an artist and paid a $200 deposit about 2 months ago. The original appointment was cancelled by the artist due to a health issue. It took several attempts to reschedule the appointment. Sunday Asylum called to confirm my appointment. Monday they called to cancel again due to the artist having a family emergency, and refused to reschedule me. At this point I requested my deposit back. I want to go to an artist that will not cancel on me. I tried to resolve the issue with the studio but the manager refused to acknowledge my concern and refund my money. I now have no appointment with an artist whose studio I have had a dispute with. I am not comfortable with having a tattoo by this artist after this conflict.Desired Settlement: I just want my credit card refunded.
