We started doing business with Asure starting in March 2017 for payroll and HR. We ended that service on March 31, 2020 due to their negligence with handling things appropriately. We had several payrolls that did not process properly and would have to go through each staff member ourselves to correct their payroll. The most recent one was from our New Year and Christmas Holiday's. I reach out for an account credit on February 7, 2020 and February 18th asking for a credit to our account because of all the extra work we had to do because of their negligence. My Executive Director also reached out and never received a response. As stated earlier we ended our service with them on March 31st and requested and paid for extra time to pull our documentation from their system. We received the extra time but only for the HCM portion of their system. We requested access to the Force (timekeeping) portion of their system and have not received a response. This is our information and we are paying them to access that information yet we do not have access to all of the information we need.
When I cancelled my contract on May 6, I was told I had a previous balance so I paid it. In April of 2020, they deposited a check written two years ago and today I received a notification that I've been sent to collections. I'm confused and angry because I shared my documentation showing that I've paid them for every month I used their services when I closed my account and was assured everything was handled.
