We made the mistake of purchasing label printers from this company. Do not be tricked by the low cost options. Once you are an owner they dismiss all ethical behavior and go for the money grab. They have repeatedly shipped us product, causing us large fines.
When dimensional weight was explained to them they simply shrug their shoulders and tell you they are too old. They have systems in place they are unable to amend or improve. Every package carrier in the country has gone to dimensional weight. How can they print their own shipping labels incorrectly?!? The answer I was given: too old. They are unable to make any improvements in their antiquated shipping platform and they could care less what it does to customers. We are entirely unimpressed.
