Astro Appliance was assigned by *** to repair our washing machine. Many visits ensued; several times the technician was late and never called and once did not show up at all. Each time he had to order another part and wait for it to "come in". After several attempts we were told that the machine was unrepairable but we needed to wait for "the senior technician" to make a final ruling. He came a week later, pronounced the machine fixed, and left. It still does not work. We have spent many hours waiting for these people who have abused our time. The insurance company will not supply a new machine until Astro says that it is unrepairable which they clearly are unwilling to do. But yet, after a month, I still have no washing machine. This is misrepresentation at a high level.
