I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, information that they provided was incorrectI was transferred to the billing department and spoke to someone who told me the information of being billed the higher amountI was given the information from BILLING not from a staff memberI am not the first this has happened to and I will not be using this business again

I am writing to you to answer the complaint (ID ***) by *** *** to the Revdex.com Service of New Jersey.The complaint was against Astra Health centers ** *** *** *** *** ** *** Tax ID: *** Unfortunately the patient *** *** called our Lyons
office and spoke with a front desk registrar who has no billing back ground and was given the wrong information*** *** ** call should of been transferred to the billing department where she would of received the correct information. At this time I have contacted *** *** insurance company and had her 12/22/urgent care visit reprocessed by *** *** *** had processed the original claim incorrectly and that is why *** *** received a bill for $395.00. *** ***s visit will be paid at the contracted global rate of $with *** *** with in the next Seven (7) to fourteen (14) days Ref# ***, Customer Service Rep name is *** ** for *** ***I have tried to contact *** *** today 2/9/2016, but to no availI did leave her a message to contact me directly (my contact number is listed below).If you need any further information or have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact meMy hours are Monday - Friday 9:AM - 5:PM.Regards,*** H***
