Since check out it at 12:pm and you mentioned you checked out late we had to charge you as if you stayed for the third night. You are requesting to be reimbursed for the last night since you physically did not stay in our room which we understand but sincerely apologize that we cannot honor this request You acknowledge that occupied the room until 7:pm so it was justified to charge you for that night. I am rejecting this response because:Sir, you stated in your response that my wife and I did not bring a complaint to you or your staff until the 22nd of June. This is inaccurate, and the fact that your records do not show this is concerning. The first night, when we had disovered the original sheets had hairs scattered on them I brought them down to be exchanged. The front desk attendant provided me another sheet, that we soon realized was blood stained. I went back down to the front desk attendant and showed her the blood stain. She issued me another set of sheets that first night. Although, those were worn and had holes, they seemed cleaned at least. It is concerning that your employees do not document when clients experience such problems such as dirty sheets that could have hazardous material on them. Again, all of this occurred on our first night at your hotel (19-20 Jun 17). My wife and I were offered only $60, and not the additional $60. As of 6/30, we have only received an $80 refund, and not the $120 you are stating that was refunded. If you do however, end up issuing the remaining $40 refund to bring the total refunded amount to $120, this would suffice as reimbursement and we will accept resolution on this matter.
