I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. However it was only resolved after 4 calls to receive my refund. When asking "politely" for my portion of the bill, the receptionist said, I need to pay the amount of services not covered by my insurance which was $674. I asked about making it in payments. Her response was billing doesn't like payments but you have to pay half now the other half within two weeks.
