I posted a complaint to Revdex.com earlier against expedia since this is directly related to that complaint. I paid for a trip that included a private car service to and from the airport and on my return home the car service was an hour late and the driver was rude and offered no apologies. I called once I got home and tried to resolve it through the company but they weren't willing to refund me for the service. So I ended up calling expedia to get a refund since it was purchased through them anyway and I got the same unhelpful, unwilling response to refund me for poor service. I finally received a call from this car service which is now 4 days later only offering me a 25% refund. I don;t feel this is adequate since it interfered with plans that were already in place and almost made me miss my flight.
