I am rejecting this response because:
Yes, we did reject their offer to stay and have them fix the car because they told us they would reimburse us for expenses related to having the car fixed, if needed, to pas inspectionThe catalytic converter had to be replaced before the car could be inspected because it wouldn't pass PA inspection and emissionsOn top of replacing the catalytic converter the front and rear brakes had to be replacedAnd the car is burning oil, which still needs to be fixedI have since researched the dealership and found several other consumers to have similar complaints with this dealershipI feel not only should the dealership keep their word, by reimbursing me for the catalytic converter and brakes but they should stop selling cars knowing that they are needing work without being up front with the customer on the work that needs doneWe also never said that we wanted a full refund on the carI simply would like to be reimbursed as promised

Re: Suzuki Verona
The above vehicle was inspected prior to sale and found that it needed brakes and a tune-up
Those issues were repaired and addressed prior to MrRobert J*** purchasing the vehicleAt the time the brakes were repaired the service center did not notice anything out of the ordinary or any additional repairs needed on the vehicle
KNH tries to limit the markup on our vehicles to keep prices competitive and low for consumersAny repair costs are posted to each vehicleThe consumer purchased this vehicle prior to the cost being posted to this particular vehicle
KNH was informed that the consumer took the vehicle to their own very reputable mechanic and after they inspected the vehicle that they were told the wheel bearings needed fixedThe consumer made the wheel bearing repairs themselves as far as we were toldAbout a week to days after they repaired the wheel bearing KNH was informed that frame - cross member needed repaired
KNH had no knowledge of any issues on the frame of the vehicle prior to or after the sale until notified by the consumerNeither their own reputable mechanic nor themselves noticed any issue with the frame of the vehicle when they were working on the wheel bearing just a week or so priorIt stands to reason that if neither of them noticed an issue that our service center would not have noticed an issue eitherKNH was NOT aware of any issues on the frame - cross member on the vehicle prior to the sale
The consumer was clearly informed the vehicle was being sold "as is" and signed the "as is" sticker as well as the FCC "as is" paperwork
KNH had no prior knowledge of any mechanical issues of the vehicle prior to the saleUnfortunately at this time we are unable to help the consumer

Business called The car was purchased by Jonya's father When he arrived at the dealership from PA, the vehicle had not been completely inspected yetThe business offered to complete the inspection while the customer waited He did not want to wait , completed the transaction,
and left with the vehicleSince then, the business has already sent the consumer one check for $to cover some repairsThen he wanted a large sum to replace the catalytic converterBusiness offered to replace it at a much lower cost if he would bring the car back to Akron Consumer declinedNow he says that he wants to return the car for a full refund
