I hired Chad from Assurance Investigations for their private investigation services. They did an outstanding job and my suspicions were confirmed. The information they provided will greatly help my case!

I hired them to give me a name and address, they gave it to me, I took this to court and sued the wrong person. The person came to court and said he owned this number years ago. The number I gave the investigators was still active and but instead of telling me they couldn't find the active owner of the number I was given the person who owned this number years ago. They lied to me and kept my money they never refunded me, I contacted them yesterday and they said is not too late for a refund I never received it after I had called them.

Bella,
When we first started working on the case for you in January of 2017. You had very little information to go on. You had a name that you didn't even know was real and a disconnected phone number. As we agreed we ran his name and phone through our databases to see if we could find a match. We specifically told you it would be hard to find out his information with the information you provided. You agreed to take the chance and see what information could be obtained. We also stated we would need to serve the documents to verify it was the right person. You did not allow us to do that and hired the sheriffs dept. to serve the papers. As stated in our contract that you signed (a copy can be provided to you anytime) payment was not contingent of an outcome. We tried our best with what we had to work with. We did not hear from you for over 7 months on this matter and considered it closed due to abandonment.
