Review: This company misrepresented themselves to employees of our agency.

Basically they are a "toner-phoner".

They contact one person and misrepresent themselves as "handling our copier/printer supplies" and get info on our equipment.

They then contact another person and indicate that they provide the supplies for our specific copiers and printers.

Though we never placed an order for any of the toner supplies they still sent a toner cartridge and a billing.Desired Settlement: I want this company to stop this deceptive business practice.
