Several months ago, my insurance changedI called and asked one of Associated Dentist's people if we were covered with our new insuranceThey informed me we were coveredPrior to going in for our appointments both my wife and I asked, are we covered by our new insurance, they assured us we were covered I've called their staff with inquires both times they said they would get back to me, and they did notSo I sent an email to your web formNo response, so as a last I reached out on Facebook, and was told they would call me on Monday They did not call me back So I called them back and they said I owed them for the invoice I've got a bill in my hands now threatening collections Both myself and my wife were misled by their business practicesWe would not have gotten our teeth cleaned if they would have informed us we were not covered in full
